Rit Build for PvE Damage
I need a good rit PvE build for DMG dealing, preferably with 1 self-heal (Soothing Memories, Mend Flesh and Body)
I really need help, right now I'm stuck with Caretaker's Charge..and all my guild members say it sucks

That's the good thing about rits, for general PvE there's only a few staple skills (mostly ancestor's/splinter weapon) and the rest can be entirely up to your preference / playing style. What i tend to do is this..
[skill]Mighty was Vorizun[/skill] / [skill]Channeled Strike[/skill] / [skill]Ancestors' Rage[/skill] / [skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill] / [skill]Empowerment[/skill] / [skill]Arcane Echo[/skill] / [skill]Offering of Spirit[/skill] / [skill]Flesh of my Flesh[/skill]

My rit's main build is primarily channeling with some small restoration magic for backup (recuperation and spirit light which is used as a self heal but works nicely on allies too).
Some must-haves if you wanna go channeling:
[skill]Spirit Burn[/skill]
[skill]Ancestor's Rage[/skill]
[skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill]
[skill]Channeled Strike[/skill]

Being a little bit more serious Splinter and Ancestor's are your build, everything else is really extra... I think you're best bet after that would be Resto skills, Prot Kaolai, Death Pact Sig, Wielders Boon.. probably run Offering of Spirit too

[skill]Offering of Spirit[/skill][skill]splinter weapon[/skill][skill]ancestors' rage[/skill][skill]spirit burn[/skill][skill]mend body and soul[/skill][skill]weapon of warding[/skill][skill]life[/skill][skill]flesh of my flesh[/skill]
12+1+1 Channel
10+1 Restoration
8+1 Spawning
This is a balanced approach. Rit is about support and balance, not pure damage or heal.
In the event of going more channel or heal...
[skill]channeled strike[/skill][skill]essence strike[/skill][skill]spirit rift[/skill] - damage
[skill]destruction[/skill][skill]empowerment[/skill][skill]bloodsong[/skill] - spirit
[skill]spirit light[/skill][skill]soothing memories[/skill][skill]wielder's boon[/skill] - heal
[skill]protective was kaolai[/skill][skill]cruel was daoshen[/skill] - item
[skill]death pact signet[/skill] - rez
[skill]attuned was songkai[/skill][skill]grasping was kuurong[/skill][skill]destructive was glaive[/skill]

I remembered using Destructive was Glaive when I was bringing my rit through NF. I would cast it, cast Spirit Rift at a bunch of Kournans, run up to them and cast Ancestors then drop Glaive's ashes.

I was wondering if the sunspear skill Intensity is any good to sombine with channeling like Rage, I doubt it will boost splinter, but it might be usefull,
any thoughts on it?

The guide contains several specimen builds. If you want damage and healing, Channeling-Resto hybrids are quite commonplace.
Ritualist Guide
Caretaker's Charge is a severely underpowered Mind Blast. If it has a quicker recharge and/or a greater energy gain it would be worth the time but until then it stays on the rubbish heap.

Thanks guys.
I see a build forming up in my head, but I'm lacking an elite
I see that most of u guys are using Offering of Spirits, should I use that elite over caretaker's Charge?

Yes.
I wish Caretaker's Charge was more useful, I really do.

Caretakers is excellent in PVP for a pressure channeling build. But yeah, it's not a great one for PVE.

Ancestors' Rage and Splinter Weapon are great, but you still have 6 skill slots left over. Stay away from the spirit-conditional damage spells like Spirit Burn.
My favorite skill for a ritualist is [card]Spirit Rift[/card]
When I use it, I feel like a Fire Elementalist.

Any idea's to combine then with the sunspear skill Intensity
could be an easy way to do 25% more damage.

Spirit Rift is big AoE damage, not obscene single-target damage.
